How the Zenith Jaw Crusher Works

The Zenith Jaw Crusher is ideally suited to primary and secondary crushing. It is carefully designed to provide superior quality and performance with low power consumption and easy maintenance.
The Jaw Crusher reduces large size rocks or ore by compressing. A fixed jaw mounted in a V alignment is the stationary breaking surface, while the moveable jaw plate exerts force on the rock by compressing it against the fixed jaw plate. The space at the bottom of the V-aligned jaw plate is the output size gap, or the maximum size of the crushed product.
Because of their simple structures, reliable performance, convenient maintenance and safe use, Zenith's jaw crushers, which come in various models, are widely used for crushing operations in metallurgy, mining, chemical industries and cement enterprises and for producing building materials.
