PT Adaro Energy, Indonesia's largest coal producer by stock market value, has no "short-term" plan for a secondary share offering, its president and director told Reuters on Tuesday.
There has been speculation in the market that Adaro, which raised $1.3bn in an initial public offering in July 2008, might look at another share offering to increase its free float.
President and director Boy Garibaldi Thohir also said the company's remaining investment in local firm Recapital Asset Management would be repaid this year and that the funds were secure.
The initial investment with Recapital was 1.728tn rupiah ($153.3m) and had fallen to 1.096tn rupiah at the end of last year.
